Note: This is a preparation program for both the NHA’s CPhT Pharmacy Technician and CMAA Certified Medical Administrative Assistant exams.

Pharmacy Technicians manage inventory, accept payment for prescriptions, process insurance claims, accurately measure medication amounts,
establish and maintain patient records and receive prescription requests from patients and doctor’s offices.

This training will help prepare you for the National Healthcareer Association’s (NHA) Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) Exam
demonstrating knowledge that is essential to excellence in pharmacy practice.
NHA is a nationally recognized certification ensuring employers you obtained
a high standard of the core knowledge expected in a pharmacy technician.
This training will be available for conversion to College Credits at ABTU at no additional cost.
ABTU is accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC).
